She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and has specialized expertise in soft tissue therapy and shockwave therapy. As a certified yoga instructor, she integrates mindful movement with evidence-based recovery techniques to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.
In addition to her clinical practice, Catrina is a proud representative of OOFOS, promoting the benefits of active recovery footwear for improved musculoskeletal health. Through a holistic and hands-on approach, she is dedicated to empowering others on their wellness journey.
